Both a hit and a miss
The honeymoon suite was spacious, beautifully arranged, and came with really good service, made our anniversary celebration nice.
The limited water supply was inconvenient, impacting our comfort throughout our visit.

I loved good breakfast, hotel's stunning location.
Location: the hotel was near to the beach, neighborhood stores and bus stop and the complimentary dinner as well as Cafe Des Arts. The stuff was very attentive and competent, provided good services and helped with free parking.

The room itself was really well appointed and a nice size and with bathroom behind as well as terrace. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and nice - at a walking distance from Giant Tortoise. Very amiable staff and everything was perfectly fine.
Nothing it was perfect.

Beach beauty with some drawbacks
The beach, despite some seaweed, was otherwise fine, while the culinary experiences surpassed expectations, showcasing diverse dishes presented by attentive staff. Poolside relaxation was another highlight .

The location just a minute's walk from the beach is perfect for relaxation under the sun, with fine views and beach chairs available.
The buffet dinner quality needs improvement, as options were limited and not very appealing.

The location was favourable and beautiful, on the sea shore, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was really close to restaurants in different price ranges, anywhere of the island with break, and Cote de Or beach.

fine balcony view, small swimming pool, beautiful hanging chair
Absence of a door between the room and the shower/bath is quite odd!!! Transparent glass door for the toilet lacks privacy!!! Poorly insulated walls allows for noise disturbance from neighboring rooms!!!

I stayed in the Superior Room for 7 nights. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge comfortable mattress. I loved the lovely decorations, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There was a noticeable smell of moisture that lingered throughout my stay, a bit off-putting. I was disappointed when I found out the cafe at the beach wasn't covered under half-board, which could have been better communicated upfront.

This hotel is super cozy and the staff are just amazin! They really care about ur stay, and u can feel it. The food is wow, especially the dinner, like a fancy 4-course meal every night. Rooms are comfy with nice amenities like L'Occitane stuff and the outdoor shower is a great touch. The atmosphere is lovely, with cute decorations all around.
The wifi is really slow and the lights in our frontyard didn't work well. There were a couple of birds hangin around during breakfast that were a bit annoying.
